A retail display specialist approached Full Manufacture Solutions to manufacture a series of branded cleaning stations for a nationwide supermarket rollout.

Their client (the supermarket) needed a compact entrance unit that could hold cleaning spray, paper roll and hand sanitiser, integrate a clear “Cleaning station” header, and incorporate a waste bin – all in a footprint suitable for high‑traffic store entrances.

Our role as manufacturing partner

Working from the client’s concept and drawings, Full Manufacture Solutions provided end‑to‑end production:

• Design verification and manufacturing pack creation to ensure the design was practical, repeatable and cost‑effective.
• CNC machining and panel processing in MDF/MFC/composite materials, using our in‑house routers and panel saws for precise, consistent components.
• Assembly, finishing and quality control carried out in our dedicated assembly bay and spray booth, delivering retail‑ready units.
• Packing and coordination of delivery to the client for installation across multiple supermarket sites.
